- Some people say that the Ian is Bored episode "Trying Military Food!" was a Foreign Food Test, but the food that Ian and Corey) tried wasn't sent to them in the mail and it wasn't from a foreign country.
- Hawaii is included in the Asian Food Tests, even though it is not a part of Asia, but the United States.
- Canada is also included in the European Food Test, though it is part of North America, not Europe.
- It is known in YouTube comments that Ian Hecox is the most hated one because of his low ratings and offensive language.
- Zzu Zzu Cream and Small Piece of Chocolate are the only foods that Ian has given a 10/10. Vegemite was the lowest score Ian has given, which was -15,000,000 / 10, also making it the lowest score in Foreign Food Test history. Anthony gave a 10/10 for the Sourcream and Onion Chips, Valentae Brave Marshmallows, and the Pokémon Fish Food. The lowest he rated was 1/10 for the Lay's Ketchup Chips. Mari gave the most 10/10 scores, giving them to Horse Dung (for nastiness), Peko Sweets, Koala's March, Bourbon Crepe Biscuit (Butterfinger Cookie), and Crisp Choco Pie.
