- Ian's Mom appears in all the episodes, recruited by Ian or Anthony to help the other overcome their addiction, with the exception of the video about pranking and Pokemon Go addictions.
- The Addiction videos have been uploaded almost every year since 2012 with the exceptions of 2015 2016, and 2017. However, in 2016, one was aired when Smosh put on a live show and subsequently posted on the channel.
- Anthony is featured in 2 videos, as is Ian. However, including Smosh Live, Ian is featured in 3, while Anthony is in 2.
